April Reflections
April is transition month in Boise
One day it's sunny, warm and everyone, I mean everyone is out and about!
The next day is overcast, wet, cold and quiet...
These are the days where my mind starts to reflect and ponder...
Bring on the sun! It's time to let it all go!

Creating Clay Characters
We're on a mission to create a bunch of little clay people and other creatures. Amy and I both enjoy the hands on experience we get while using polymer clays. Another thing we enjoy is creating a relationship with each character as they gain form and shape. They do have their own little personalities that bring so much light and life to our creating sessions. These characters will be used in the very near future for much larger projects. But for now I'm keeping that hush hush!

Live for 175 - Keke Luv Dj
Today Keke Luv (103.3 FM DJ) was hoisted up to his outdoor board living space for the next 7 days. He'll be fasting the entire time... YES FASTING, meaning nothing but water! This month is Child Abuse Awareness month. Keke is one of my favorite advocates and local Dj's. Please view the photographs I made this morning as he started his 2011 Live for 175 journey.
Here's the link to his live streaming video camera:

Dogs make everything better
Yesterday I was doing a little yard work in the front. I had this funny feeling that someone was staring at me. Quickly I looked up to see if my feeling was true! Yep, to the NW across the street I discovered my neighbors 7 month old pup peeking around at me from one of their bushes. Being a neighborhood friendly person I knew that her parents were at work and wouldn't be home for a few hours. With a couple whistles and a loving hand I reached out to the pup and brought her home for the day. When I called her Dad the first thing he said was "don't tell me you have my dog?" I answered "why yes I do and I'll return her home this evening!" Needless to say my two dogs, ages 6 & 7, were a little confused by their new PUPPY playmate. WOW does she have energy! I had to take advantage of the time with the three amazing four leggeds and during that time I snapped a few photographs!

Levitation Experiment - Take 2
Round two in my levitation experimentation process.
I know I need more practice but that will never change...!...
These experimental shoots are absolutely amazing for my brain and I can't wait to do more and more.
This is my Japanese Garden shot in honor of my models heritage!
Thanks again Ash for being so into these shoots.
Let's do it again soon:)
